  • Longer, trench-style coats, updated with a variety of leathers, textures and colors like double faced cashmere wool emerge as one of this season's key looks.
  • Earth tones and color blocking emerge as one of the fall's most popular trends seen in everything from dresses to tops to accessories.
  • Mohair wool and other textured fabrics appear as the season's choice for coats, skirts and dresses.
  • Electric blues and rich purples shows up on everything from accessories to clothing to shoes.
Accessories
  • The clutch remains good shape for fall handbags, shown in everything from exotics to handpainted to metallics.
  • Wide corset-style belts move to the forefront for this season's accessories, most often seen in wool and felt styles.
  • High-heeled Mary Janes turn up everywhere for fall footwear, shown most often in patent leather or suede styles.
  • And on the beauty scene, dramatic red lipsticks are especially popular with natural looking eyes.

"I believe that my work has been a profound force in my life. Part of my evolving into a unqiue individual derives from being an artist and a creative woman. I put positive thoughts into physical forms. I truly believe that wearable art has a protective quality and can engender strength, healing, and peace of mind to the wearer."

What is Mudcloth?

Mudcloth, or bogolan in the local language, is a unique African textile. Producing this cotton fabric is a home-grown handcraft, and the finished mudcloths are an authentic traditional art form -- each as unique as the article of clothing or home decor they represent.

My studio is open for group parties and by appointment only.
I look forward to meeting with you!
